New Album

Hi Dylan, they said at the Minneapolis show tonight they were expecting it to come out some time in October. The show rocked! So lucky to have seen them again.

I liked the old site with the SM radio. Now there is a Warner Brother's Logo instead.

Hope you are having fun making the new album, who is producing this time? Heard the new stuff on videos from highline ballroom, sounds wicked...

Congrats on the new site. Looks wonderful. Also, I'm digging the new logo.

So when you going to drop the new album?? The anticipation is absolutely killing me.

EXCELLENT SITE!!

Submitted by Gatorgabe on Tue, 04/29/2008 - 6:55am.

Great work fellas ... site looks awesome. The only thing missing is a forum! Other than that, very cool indeed.
Also, surfing the web this morning and happened across this article that makes a nice mention of Ben Curtis and his influences. I know he's not in the band anymore, but I thought fans (like me) would like to know these few nice morsels of information. Nice Youtube clip as well ... check it out ... and please keep up the great work!

NEW SITE

Submitted by daybreaker on Thu, 04/24/2008 - 3:24pm.

New site is nice and simple, don't ask me why but it reminds me of a tennis game I used to have on gameboy! Anyway, can't wait for the new album, and there better be a UK tour too!

ahoy, fellas

Nice work with the new site. It gets my hopes-a-going for the new work. I can't wait to see you live again also, your 'in the round' domination that I witnessed in minneapolis was epic.

my anticipation for the new album has been brewing....

I don't know what it is, but your groove-driven time filling and sound scaping makes for one hell of an audio plaster that I just can't help but embrace. You have the most patient music I have ever heard; it makes for the best relay of emotion through song-story in a day when a lot of other music seems like nothing more than scarcely variated, pseudo-intrepid one liners. To me, this element has defined and stabilized your sound and style, and it occurs and reocurrs from September 000 all the way into TSD. The best part is the unique exploration and decoration that encases and gives each new album its variability. Anyways, that's my take. Ya'll are on to something.

Keep up the good work,
-Flo

I can't say that I blame

Submitted by TSM_4_LIFE on Tue, 04/08/2008 - 7:14pm.

I can't say that I blame them for disabling the forums. They were so full of spam and fangirls it was rediculous. That stuff belongs elsewhere.

Some live music please

New site

Submitted by Curtis Maximus on Thu, 04/03/2008 - 10:16am.

Am I to understand that all the old posts and message boards have been abducted by beings unknown and probed accordingly?
Sad to see it go, but elated to see activity.

Kick ass, take names, rinse, repeat.

Marfa post

Submitted by EveSP on Wed, 04/02/2008 - 4:28am.

Aren't you breaching copyright rules by posting those Marfa film links?

Maybe. But isn't art meant

Submitted by cjnyylal824 on Wed, 04/02/2008 - 8:23am.

Maybe. But isn't art meant to be shared? Shouldn't the vision have the opportunity to be seen by anyone interested? The film is done and in limited release in France. This means so many people will not get to see it. All I am doing is trying to show some people some cool stuff.

Well - this is different...

Submitted by negative8ball on Tue, 04/01/2008 - 7:13pm.

Browsed over to see if there was any new news... and, well, it looks like some may be coming yet... here's hoping this change is a sign the album's on the way (hopehope)...

FINALLY SOMETHING NEW HAPPENING!

Submitted by fixer1977 on Fri, 05/09/2008 - 2:14pm.

Great stuff! A new look site. Does this mean that something new and wonderful is on the horizon? When is the new album out and will you be touring England?
The summer festival season is almost here... it'd be great to see you at Glastonbury.
